How to use this tool

  1. Enter each player's name once, then choose your playing format and positions.
  2. Set the match length and number of games. Use one game for a normal match day, or several for a tournament.
  3. Choose how to balance minutes, review each rotation and player total, then copy or print the plan.

Worked example

Six players. Three places. Twelve minutes.

For one 12-minute 3v3 game with six players, each player can play six minutes. One group starts; the other three come on at six minutes. The plan shows the change and the total for every player.

With uneven squad sizes, whole-minute totals may differ. Check the rounding note and player totals, and adapt the plan to your players on the day.

Common questions

Can I use this for one match rather than a tournament?

Yes. Set the number of games to one. For a tournament, increase it to include the games you expect your team to play.

Does every player receive exactly the same time?

The planner balances minutes within your chosen format and change points. Exact equality is not always possible when time is divided into whole minutes; the output explains rounding and shows each player's total.

Do I need an account?

No account is needed to use this free tool. Copy or print your plan to keep it; it is not automatically saved to an organiser account.
