Each pairing round is completed before the next begins. A team and pitch can appear only once in a schedule round, so spare pitches remain unused when safe concurrency is lower.

Get started

How to use this tool

  1. Enter one unique team name per line and choose whether teams meet once or twice.
  2. Set the available pitches, start time, game length and changeover time.
  3. Review the pairing rounds and scheduled pitch slots, then copy or print your fixture list.

Worked example

Four teams. Six fixtures.

Four teams playing each other once produce six matches across three pairing rounds. With two pitches, 10-minute games and two-minute changeovers, a 10:00 start produces kick-offs at 10:00, 10:12 and 10:24. The final matches finish at 10:34.

A pairing round can need several time slots when pitches are limited. The generator avoids giving a team two matches at the same time; add extra rest and event breaks to your final plan as needed.

Common questions

What happens with an odd number of teams?

One team rests in each pairing round. The schedule still gives every team a match against each other team, with no invented opponent.

Can I use it for home and away fixtures?

Choose two meetings. Each pair meets twice, with home and away order reversed for the second meeting.

Can I add groups, knockouts and live scores here?
